What are the bests foods to eat in pregnancy?

There is SOOO much conflicting advice out there so I wanted to wade through it all,  set the record straight and give you a quick video with some simple advice.

In this video I explore the different macro and micronutrients that are most important for you and your developing baby as well as giving you the best sources of these nutrients. By eating healthily in pregnancy you are working to keep yourself and your baby as healthy and nourished as possible – avoiding common pregnancy problems like pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes and excess weight gain.
