Pregnancy Leg Workout | Mummahood

Keeping your legs strong in pregnancy is a must! So here I share a brilliant exercise format called Tabata which is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training – don’t be scared by that title though!)

The workout I short and sweet at  just 12 minutes long, and it has offers a big back for your buck as it works both the cardio vascular and musculo skeletal systems and can be done from anywhere!

As you can see I’m here in rainy Portugal – and it’s a great holiday workout to do as it doesn’t need much space and uses no equipment at all.
