Staying strong and fit is so important, but sometimes finding the time and motivation to do so – particularly when you’re pregnant can be tough.
So, in this short workout video – I take you through 6 great exercises that you can do from home (or anywhere) using resistance bands. Resistance bands can provide a really good musculoskeletal workout and by reducing the breaks between exercises you’ll also be working your heart and burning calories!
