In this workout I take you through a really quick pregnancy leg workout. With just 3 sets of 6 different exercises this is a really tough but highly effective workout that will keep your legs strong, toned and firm – exactly what we want as we get heavier and heavier through the pregnancy.
You won’t need any special equipment or even that much space so this is a great workout to do when you’re time poor and can’t get to the gym, or just really don’t feel like leaving home!
